Staff Support

In some cases, our staff may need evidence or a video clip to help solve your issue. Check our Recording Software page for instructions.

If you need staff support, we offer two options based on your needs.


Discord Tickets

Our Discord ticket system is designed to handle various types of support requests. Here's how it works:

  • How to Create a Ticket:

    • Go to our Discord server and navigate to the appropriate channel for creating tickets.

    • Follow the provided instructions to open a new ticket.

  • Types of Support Requests:

    • Reporting a Player or Scene: If you encounter any rule violations or inappropriate behaviour, use the ticket system to report it.

    • Connecting and Performance Support: Technical issues with connecting to the server or experiencing performance problems can also be addressed through tickets.

  • Response Time and Expectations:

    • Our staff will strive to respond to your ticket promptly.

    • Please be patient while waiting for a resolution, and refrain from spamming or creating duplicate tickets.


In-Game (/help)

In addition to our Discord ticket system, we offer in-game support through the /help command. Here's how it works:

  • Usage:

    • Type /help in the in-game chat to access the help system.

    You can

    • This functions as a live chat feature for reporting bugs or any other in-game issues you encounter. The less the better

  • When to Use:

    • Use the /help command for immediate assistance with in-game problems.

    • This is especially useful for reporting bugs or issues that require immediate but simple attention.

  • Response Time:

    • While we strive to address tickets promptly, please understand that it may not always be possible for a staff member to respond immediately.

    • Staff availability may vary based on workload and other factors.

    • Your patience is appreciated, and rest assured that we will attend to your ticket as soon as possible.
